This is strange because packages go in another area with lockers all together. Going on for a year but finally decided to complain when I did not receive an important bill in January and have not received mail from a friend which was sent. That is nearly a $60 bottle of medication. No one wants to see that happen to anyone. Why make people pay so much and then it's not delivered.I mailed 100 post cards on May 3rd. I have a long driveway so no problem anyone stealing my package. Had they bothered to walk up the driveway, see my car, and observe the back door open and ring the door bell I could have accepted my package that was guaranteed for noon. Why the delay and why through Tennessee?I have had two packages come in this week and both of them had broken pieces. I am still in the state of shock as several pieces of mail were important documents and/or checks. It is impossible to speak with a human although the USPS website indicates that representatives are available between the posted hours. I have tracking numbers for all the packages saying they were either delivered or held by customer request.
I used to frown upon paperless communication of bills and business, but this has me reconsideringVery poor delivery service.
So at first, the security person said he saw the woman that checked me out, placed my bag under the counter. a 2 hour drive. This is just a sampling of the careless service I constantly receive.
This is a rural area and we are dependent on the mail service.mail on this rout is deliverd to the wrong boxes very often, every one on this street has to bring the mail to it's rightful owners.The postal clerk who is usually scheduled every day is extremely unpleasant.
